These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CEU Tracker (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it current.

Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful professional license and CEU tracking purposes.
• Do not enter information that does not belong to you or that you are not authorized to store.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service or its data.
• Respect the privacy of other members in any group administration features you manage.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the licenses, courses, certificates, and notes you submit ("Content"). You grant us a limited license to host and process your Content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy of the Content you enter.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that reminder notifications will be delivered or that the Service will meet your specific licensing requirements. You remain solely responsible for verifying your compliance with state board requirements and renewal deadlines.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed deadline, lapsed license, or lost CEU credit resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
